We accept returns within 15 days of the date of receipt for any reason if the product is unopened. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition and the Packing Slip is included with the return. SipSnaps/Snugs are a personal hydration product. We cannot accept returns on opened and used products. However, you may qualify for a refund. Please read below.
Returns should be shipped through a traceable method. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
In some cases we do issue a refund after the product has been used. If you are unsatisfied with the product and would like a refund please send us an email. We refund the purchase price, less shipping costs. Note: SipSnap TOT / Snug Spout is spill proof, but not leak proof. SipSnap KID / Snug Straw uses any straw of your choice, liquid can flow out of the straw if the cup is knocked over, or if pressure is applied to the top of the lid. If you would like to ensure a spill proof solution for SipSnap KID / Snug Straw, you may purchase a set of our Spillproof Reusable Straws. We do not refund for leaks.
SipSnap TOT is now sold as Snug Spout and SipSnap KID is sold as Snug Straw. These products are manufactured by our licensee Boon. Rest assured that we are still the inventors behind this product and that it represents the best and most refined version of our product. With the exception of color and brand markings, there would be no difference were we to sell this product under our own brand name. We do not refund for dissatisfaction related to not receiving SipSnap branded product.
If you believe your product is defective in any way, please contact us about receiving a replacement and be sure to attach a photo showing the suspected defect.
